A platform that handles the full shipment lifecycle: a user raises a transport request, contracts a carrier through the system, tracks the operation in real time, and closes out the final delivery. Role-aware notifications keep everyone informed at each step, down to the driver, and analytics are available at every stage.

It's built as a modular monolith — operational, transactional and analytical modules share one deployable, so each part can evolve independently. Keycloak handles authentication for a React/TypeScript front end over .NET services on PostgreSQL with Entity Framework.

A key part is a real-time, document-driven agreement module where two parties review terms on a shared screen; each uploaded document is read with Tesseract OCR and scanned with ClamAV. There's also a WebGL view that shows vehicles moving along their routes. I owned the DevOps side too: Docker builds, GitHub Actions pipelines, and deployment to Azure (Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Blob Storage, Communication Services).

A procurement cost-optimization and decision-support platform that I led and built end to end (apart from the ML model). It estimates target reference prices — what a given material or service should cost — to help purchasing teams in tenders, bid evaluation and supplier discount negotiations. It's executive-sponsored and already running in production.

Underneath is a workflow engine with an interactive model-execution UI: useful outputs appear at each stage, and when confidence is low at a critical step the system pauses and asks the operator a specific question. The user can step in at any point. Usability was a core requirement, not an afterthought.
